Best donation app for a specific purpose?

We are a commercial web shop looking for an app that can help us set up a box where customer can choose the amount to donate, either fixed or their own choice.
We already have a cooperation with a charity partner, which is the only cause that will be offered on our site,
We want to be able to add the box to cart, cart drawer and possibly product page.
We sell internationally, but this is a local Danish charity, so this should only apply for the Danish version of the website.
Does anyone have a suggestion for which app would be the best fit for us (realizing that there will probably be a need for adaption to our special requirements)
