Hi,

I have been currently adding videos to my products pages by uploading them.

I recently figured out how to upload from my YouTube channel instead.

Which is the best way for site speed and SEO?

If you embed a Youtube video, it has already been optimized for speed. It will not load your video entirely, instead, it will stream the video as you play.

For SEO, I think it will be ok (because Youtube and Google search are from the same company LOL :slightly_smiling_face: )
