Can someone help me get to the bottom of this charge? I get it every month and don’t know where it is coming from within Shopify? I have all of my other billings under my business bank account but can’t figure out how to switch this one.

I can definitely understand your concern to have this looked into and resolved. Rest assured, I’ll do my best to share what next steps you can take.
First, I recommend using our store recovery tool to ensure there have been no other stores created under your email address. The store recovery tool will provide you with a list of stores linked to the email address.
In order to have this more closely looked into, you’ll need to create a support request through the Shopify Help Center. Your account will need to be authenticated so our internal team can use the invoice number to locate the charge.

Look under the apps you are using in your store. Open the app and check on the app side of things. Maybe u put in a different payment by mistake on one of them. Good Luck.

I’m still getting this charge and now it’s POS Debit Shopify 192236197 for $52.81. The 888 number listed doesn’t work or is disconnected. Please help cancel and provide refund.
