Black bars on the side of videos on my product page?

Hi everyone!

I recently added a video to one of my product pages (uploaded directly to the product page). It’s in the same aspect ratio as all my product photos (2:3). It looks fine on the thumbnail preview, but when you bring it up in the viewer, ugly vertical black bars appear on the left and right side of the video.

I am using a paid theme - Responsive by Out of the Sandbox.

How can I change those bars to white?
