We have free items in our store, the product is supposed to be free if purchased with another product.
Are we able to stop a person checking out with just the free product?
Any help appreciated.
So the product is not free if just bought by itself then. Curious, what’s stopping you from creating a “Buy X Get Y” free discount where Y is the product you want to give for free, but has a price that’s non-free when X is not added to the cart?
