The fact that you’re not seeing a 404 error would suggest more that this is an issue in the theme code itself. I would have very high confidence that if you looked at the page with a different theme (you can preview an unpublished one) that you’ll see content.
This means you’d need to poke into the code to understand why something isn’t showing. We’re a little bit limited in terms of what we can see on the forums so if you’re quite stuck it might require sharing some code.

From your screenshot, I can see that you are missing Blog post section in your blog page. Refer to screenshot below.
For most themes, you should be able to click on Add Section and insert a blog section to your blog template. Refer to screenshot below of my current blog page section. There might be slight differences depending on your theme, but nonetheless you would need to add a blog / article section.
If you are having problem finding or adding the blog section, you should contact your theme developer for help.
