Blurry "Image Banner" on desktop, ok on mobile

Hi All,

Using Dawn theme (version 7.0.1.1) and have some custom code in there to have separate banner image for desktop and mobile.

I have tried multiple different solutions on the forums, however the banner image on desktop always looks blurry.

Any other suggestions for what I can do?
