[BUG REPORT] Required parameter missing or invalid: items

We experience that our customers are unable to add products to their cart. When they try to add something, a 400 error occurs saying "

{"status":"bad_request","message":"Parameter Missing or Invalid","description":"Required parameter missing or invalid: items"}

The issue suddenly appeared today at 10:00 AM and occurs on all product in the shop. We haven’t made any changes to the site.
Anyone else experience this bug and have some ideer how to fix it.
We are using Prestige theme.
