I’ve been working on a tool called Product Alchemist, and I wanted to ask the Shopify community for some honest feedback.
It’s designed to help store owners quickly improve their product descriptions, SEO metadata, and images without spending hours rewriting everything manually. You paste your existing product description or title, and the tool rewrites it to be more engaging, adds SEO-friendly titles/descriptions, generates JSON-LD schema, and even creates AI lifestyle images based on your product photos.
My goal is to make it easier for merchants to upgrade their listings without hiring writers or juggling multiple apps.

This sounds genuinely useful for busy store owners. I’d focus feedback on tone control, brand voice consistency, and SEO balance. If it integrates cleanly with Shopify and saves real time, many merchants will happily test it.
Congrats on the launch!.. bundling descriptions, seo, and images into one workflow is a smart move.. usually merchants are juggling chatgpt for text and midjourney for images, so unifying that is huge value..
quick feedback on the “product” side of things:
if you are generating json-ld schema, make sure it strictly follows google’s merchant center requirements (specifically for offer availability and priceValidUntil).. automated schema is great until it throws warnings in search console, so having a validator built-in would be a nice touch..
also, regarding the ai images.. keeping the actual product fidelity (logo, stitching) while changing the background is the holy grail.. if you can nail that “pixel preservation” without the ai hallucinating new buttons, you have got a winner..
full disclosure: i’m with the bitbybit team .. we don’t do the visual generation, but we see the downstream effect of this constantly.. when our ai agents scrape a store’s product data to answer customer questions on whatsapp, the quality of that base description makes or breaks the answer.. so tools that clean up that data layer are super helpful for the whole ecosystem..
