This is Ellie. Currently the Shopify Bundles app developed by Shopify team doesn’t support the features you’re looking for.
I suggest trying BOGOS: Free gifts, Discounts and Bundles. It can display a slider or a widget, providing offers like 50% off on a second product once a customer adds one to their cart.
BOGOS can also display this offer directly on the product page, like this screenshot below:

You can try the Easify Product Options app, which lets you create a Checkbox linked to an add-on product and display that upsell checkbox on your target product page. Here’s an example
