Its been more than two weeks now and my business verification has not been done yet i have sold my first product but my payout is still on hold it shows pending payout and if i open the verification notification it shows that there are currently no requests my ticket number is 40349032 Plese tell me about this is someone knows and i have not received any kind of email regarding this from the last two weeks

Shopify Payment and Merchant Trust Team are the lower part of society, they frozed 70,000 eur for no reason. I just booked my flight to Ottawa Shopify office and Will go there face to face.

Were you able to solve this? I have the same problem, they don’t even answer emails from Shopify Merchant..

Good luck trying to get a response to your email. You have to bombard their help chat twice a day for several days until you see any movement.
