Have you been working on the store and the button has become disabled as a consequence of some coding adding to the store? Previously, the “Buy Now” button was functioning properly, but unexpectedly it turned gray and became disabled. Despite my efforts, I’m unable to restore its previous functionality.

Upon inspection, I noticed that the “Buy Now” button has the “disabled” tag in the code. I’m unsure why this tag is present, as it wasn’t there before.

We’re unable to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community as we don’t have to access merchant accounts. However, if you’ve made some recent changes to your theme’s code, then you can try rolling back to an earlier version of your theme to see if the problem persists. Alternatively, you can also check whether this problem persists on a fresh copy of your theme or one of our free themes.

If the problem continues to persist on one of our free themes, then we’d be happy to take a closer look at your account through live chats. Simply visit the Shopify Help Center and login to your account to create a support request. That being said, if the problem only persists on a third-party, then we’d recommend getting support for your theme from the theme developers.
