I do not use Google Calendar. How do I add this event to my Outlook calendar so I can determine my local time for this event? The only option is ‘add to Google Calendar’. So, I will likely miss participating in this event and getting an answer to my critical question (previously submitted).
Topic summary
A user cannot add an event to their Outlook calendar because only a Google Calendar option is provided. They’re concerned about missing the event and not getting their previously submitted question answered.
Resolution provided:
- Manual entry required for Outlook: 11am - 1pm EDT
- Physical attendance during the event is unnecessary—it’s not a video call or meeting
- Questions will be answered as long as they’re posted beforehand with comprehensive information
The issue appears resolved with a workaround and clarification about event participation requirements.
Hey @WillowAndVine !
For Outlook you’ll want to add it in manually. It is 11am - 1pm EDT. That being said you do not need to be in the community during the event as it is not a video call or meeting; as long as you have posted your question it should be answered. Just ensure the question is comprehensive and has all the necessary information for the team to reply!
