Is there an app that can place multiple automatic discounts on specific items when added to a shopping cart? Also, Can It place a notification on the product page for letting the customer now to add item to cart for lower price?

You can also consider using my app, BYOB. It allows you to combine several products in a collection as one. So you can stack the discount in addition to a discount code / auto discount
