Can anyone recommend a cost-effective app for creating a video library portal?

I am selling a product on shopify and when you purchase the product the customer receives access to a video library of tutorials and guidance of how to use the product.

I am trying to find an app that will allow me to upload videos and pdfs for customers to access.

My intention that is is almost an education wellness portal.

The video length will range from 1 minute to 45 minutes.

I want it to look professional but also be cost-effective.

I cannot find an app that is appropriate, does anyone know of one?

For uploading videos Vimeo is the best platform to use.

For customer access you can custom code your theme.

To make sure only authorised people will able to access the resource.
