Can different print providers be considered as inventory locations?

Hi,

I am about to set up a new e-shop connected with Dropshipping and POD services. I intend to subscribe to the Shopify Basic Plan which says that it supports up to 4 inventory locations.

I am considering using Gelato and TPop for different products and also Printify.

Within Printify there are different print providers and I am considering having products from 2 different providers (i.e. PRINT LOGISTIC & OPT ON DEMAND). So are the above considered 4 different inventory locations?
