If so, we have a great Adding Images To Product Variants document that touches on how you can complete this. It will provide customers with the ability to see what each variant of a product looks like, making the shopping experience as simple as possible.

To achieve this, you can:

  • Head to Products, from the Shopify admin.

  • Click the name of the product that you want to edit.

  • In the Variants section, click the image icon to assign an image to that variant.

  • Select a product image or click Add image to upload a new image.

  • Click Save.

No, like if someone wanted to order a shirt … I want to give them options of colors, lettering, font… when I list these variants can I use an image for the variants or is what you mentioned the only way to use images?
