I previously ran a pre order for my first products by changing the “add to cart” button to “preorder”. Now that I am launching my second round of products, I want to do the same for just one new product instead of all products but I think this is going to require custom coding. I am not interested in adding an app so I wanted to know if there would be any issues with adding Pre-Order to the product tittle with info in the description/checkout while leaving the "“add to cart” as it is.
My understanding is that there simply needs to be a way to identify the product being ordered is a pre order item while including an estimate of when the order will be shipped.
