Can I establish an India-specific online store with an Australian payment gateway?

I’m based Aus and I opened up print on demand T-shirt store online and world wide shipping, most of my engaged customers are from India and I’m planning to open up store just for Indian customers and planning to produce products from their & shipping

Q: Can I open a Shopify store just for Indian customers & open payments gateway from Aus?

yes,
probably you can open it easily.

For the Indians, you can use the Indian payment gateway or Stripe.

For internationally you can use PayPal.
