Can I integrate my drop shipping store with Shopify using API?

First, let me say I do NOT know anything about tech stuff. :grin: I was told I needed my store integrated with another store I drop ship for. FTP or API integration and was given their requirements listed below.

Here are their EDI requirements:

 EDI utilizes ANSI X12 message types
 EDI files are traded via AS2 connections, either directly or through an intermediary (VAN)
 Your AS2 connection must be able to transmit to an HTTPS (Secure) destination
 requires support for 850, 856, 846, and 997 messages for all EDI vendors

So My question is. Can this be done with Shopify? If so, is there someone who can set this up for me, and how much would it cost?

To confirm you will be receiving orders to then ship out on behalf of the seller?
Do you know if they can send you order data via FTP or API rather than EDI?

I’m not sure if you still need this integration but my application, Simplify eCommerce, fully integrates Shopify with EDI. We can create orders in Shopify from 850 purchase orders, send out shipping notice (856) for a fulfilled order and send the full product inventory for the 846.
