Wondering if it was possible to make the Buy Now and Add to Cart buttons “sticky” or not scroll with the page with Narrative theme.

When you go to a product page, you can scroll down and view the reviews. As it happens, the Add to Cart and Buy Now button scroll down with the page. Any way I could disable the scrolling?
