Can I manually arrange payouts to my bank account?

Hi, I have a quick question. Can I manually payout to bank account, or do I need to payout every 30 days?

You can make schedule your payouts if you are using the Shopify Payments gateway by navigating to Settings > Payments > Shopify Payments (Manage). Once you are managing the gateway, you can scroll down to see the section Payout schedule. I took a screenshot from my test store to show you the section I am referring to:

You have the option to choose if you would like to receive your payout on a specific day of the month, or if you would like to receive your payout every business day.

My account is set to daily payouts but after a week I am only receiving a partial payout. Please advise!

I only have the basic plan and do not have access to customer support. I
feel like Shopify may not be the correct platform for me. Can you please
help? I need someone to call me and walk me through these questions that I
have. I feel like I’m stumbling around in the dark. I’ve been on every
single help platform that my plan offers and I really need to get my money
into my bank account. I’m beyond frustrated and would love if someone could

To provide some clarification, all merchants using the platform have access to our 24/7 support. While we don’t currently offer phone support, you can begin a live chat with us by follow the steps outlined below:

  • Head over to our Help Center: https://shopify.link/KWb8
  • In the virtual assistance chat box, type ‘Contact Support’
  • This will prompt you to log into your shop
  • Once logged in, you will see the option to chat with an advisor

Once connected, our advisor team will be able to investigate further and answer any other questions that you may have!
