I have pause payments

Could you provide a bit more context on what you mean by pause payments?
Are you referring to pausing or deactivating your store which would allow you to pause your store and it would run for a reduced subscription fee? Or are you referring to your Shopify Payments payouts account being on hold?
If your payouts have been placed on hold, could you share if there’s any banner in your Shopify admin? I also ask if you can share a screenshot of any error message you’re seeing or email correspondence from our team.
