No, not really. Google Shopping is designed based on search intent, meaning if I am searching for Nike Shoes, I will see Nike Shoes.
You can not choose which people you are targeting. You have some control such as audience modifications, like target age groups.
However, if you mean which marketing method within google merchant center, yes, you can choose shopping ads, free listings, display ads, youtube, local ads, etc.
But that’s about it.
You have a little more control such as Google Partners in your Google Ads campaign settings.
