Can I run a Dropshipping business in the USA from another country?

I’m considering starting a dropshipping business targeting the US market, but I’m based in another country and plan to register my business here. I’m seeking advice and experiences from anyone who has navigated this setup. Specifically, I’d like to know:

  1. Is it feasible to operate a dropshipping business in the USA while residing and having the business registered in another country?
  2. Are there any specific legal or tax implications I should be aware of?
  3. Do you have any recommendations for payment processors and shipping partners who are accommodating to international merchants?

Yeah of course you can dropship in US no matter where you are. Currently we have many clients who located in EU and Southeast Asia who target North Amercia market, we help them fulfill orders from China to USA and CA as well as EU. If you just start you can ignore the legal or tax issue, in the future Shopify will make it suitable to each country to avoid the legal problem as a platform.
