Can I set a minimum price with a 'Pay Whatever You Want' deal on my eBooks?

hi,

i am a fiction author and want to sell my ebooks on Shopify. i want to offer a ‘Pay Whatever You Want’ deal to my customers but with a minimum price.

so for example $6.99 minimum price and customers can pay that price or anything above it.

is there a way to set that up in Shopify or an app?
