Hi Shopify and anyone reading this, I recently bought two dresses from heiress Beverly Hills and used this app to pay in installments. I have three more to go but they have yet to send me my merchandise after 14 days of my dresses being at the stage of “label created”. I did some research and apparently this is common for the store because they’re scammers. I’m going to talk to my credit card company to refund the first installment I made but if I stop the other three installments on Shopify will I be penalized ?

As for the installment, if you create a chargeback, you shouldn’t be penalized given the circumstances. Your bank can help put a stop payment on the store to avoid any further installments from being deducted.
