Can I trigger an upsell based on cart value in Shopify?

Hi Shopify Community,

I’m looking for a Shopify App that is able to trigger an upsell based on the order value of the cart.

For example, if order value is greater than $100 - offer Product X for $20 instead of $40

Thanks for the reply. I’m actually looking for an app that will track the cart value and show a upsell to the customer.

For example, if the cart value reaches $100 then they can purchase a specific product for a discount.
