Can I use Amazon FBA for orders from my Shopify store?

I have some products collection which i listed on Shopify store. Can I store these products in an Amazon warehouse? whenever I get order in Shopify then I wanna deliver the product from Amazon. Will Amazon use my branding while product packaging?

What’s the process to do?

Do I have to install any app or any setting to do this?

Thank you:)

I’ve used this setup on a store for a few years, works great to automatically fulfill Shopify orders using your Amazon FBA stock. Here’s a guide I wrote to do that: https://speedboostr.com/automate-order-fulfillment-on-shopify.

You can install a free plugin to connect Shopify to Amazon FBA, then you can either manually request the order fulfillment in your orders page, or you can automate it (by setting Shopify orders to automatically get fulfilled, this is useful if 100% of your products will be fulfilled by Amazon FBA… or by using Order Automator app to automatically fulfill only Amazon stored products).

Amazon doesn’t offer custom branded boxes. If that’s important you can check out Shopify Fulfillment Network (if you’re doing 10+ orders per day).

To test the experience, you can either set up the auto fulfillment from the guide I shared then do a test order on your store, or to see how is the packaging / customer experience you can just go into Seller Central and do an MCF order (multi channel fulfillment, basically selecting a product and shipping it to an address).

Does that mean i can Amazon FBA will ship only in the USA? but I need international Shipping

do I have to configure anything in Shopify for this?

I have some products which I sent to Amazon warehouse. Then I added these products to my Shopify store so that whenever I get an order in Shopify I wanna deliver the product from the Amazon warehouse.

I have read your article and it’s very informative. but it would be better if you share any video on it how to configure Amazon FBA with Shopify

tank you

What about this app https://apps.shopify.com/fba-shipping

They said about International Shipping, but can’t use this app for this issue

@obaidbadsha that’s correct, Amazon FBA doesn’t ship internationally, you’d have to set up another service to handle that.

I’ve seen this done a couple ways:

a) Keep stock of items off amazon, and for international orders ship those in-house

b) If you’re doing good volume you can check out a service like Shopify Fulfillment Network or Ship Bob (there are others but those are the 2 top of my mind)

Option B is ideal because it’s automated, but I think you have to be doing some volume to make the service worthwhile.

Either way, if your products are set to ship from FBA, it’s not possible to ship international so those orders just get left on Unfulfilled. In that guide there are steps to fulfill internationally for those orders (basically just fulfill off-amazon then add the tracking manually when it ships).

I haven’t used the other app you mentioned, so I don’t know how that works, the solutions I shared are just what has worked for me and my partners.

Thanks for the feedback on making video, good idea.

“The Fulfillment by Amazon feature will no longer be supported from September 12, 2022.”
This is depriving sellers of an included feature and directing them to go use a paid ($30+ to over $1000/mth) third party service. I’m unhappy with this, and looking to connect with other store owners who are effected to help each other towards the best solutions.

What are the best solutions out there to replace the included Shopify to FBA-MCF integration?

@zzeb I think the best solution is Order Automator, and it’s only $10/mo. The Amazon feature is $20/mo but we have a special right now $10/mo for all users until March 30th when Shopify cans their old plugin, and all current users at that time will be grandfathered in at their original plan $10/mo.

I ran a Shopify store / Amazon business for 7 years, during that time came up with the idea for Order Automator a few years ago to automate Amazon fulfillment and some other stuff. As both a former store owner and app creator, I understand how it is running the biz. The purpose of Order Automator is to save time and money by automating various Shopify tasks, stuff that we used to have to log in and do every day or pay someone to do.

Been awhile but I was checking my old posts to get ideas for a new guide I’m making. Hope the app can help you, if you need any other features or customizations just reach out through the app support, we’re always adding more features. :+1:

Here’s an up to date guide on this, connecting Shopify to any Amazon marketplace in the world + with solutions for international orders: https://orderautomator.com/amazon-fulfillment-guide

We’ve been adding more features to it (unbranded boxes is the newest), if anyone has any questions about fulfilling Shopify orders with Amazon or another 3PL just hit Contact in the header of that guide.

Please use https://apps.shopify.com/shipbyamazonfba Amazon MCF by WebBee . thanks
