Can I use Shopify Payments from Saudi Arabia if I have business operations in the US and I have never lived in the US and I have an EIN, LLC, virtual bank accounts such as Payoneer, Mercury and Bank of America?

Great question! I understand you want to use Shopify Payments for your business that is located in the United States, while you yourself are in Saudi Arabia. This is not a clear yes or no question though, so I can’t confirm if you will be able to do so. Having all that information you mentioned definitely helps, but the decision is made on a case by case basis and will also depend on the nature of your business and other factors. You will need to connect with our authenticated support team through our Help Center to make this request and they will escalate to the team to handles these reviews for you. They are the only ones that can confirm if you will be eligible to use Shopify Payments.
Now, you did mention that you have a Payoneer account. Payoneer is a supported gateway for merchants located in Saudi Arabia. You should be able to set that up with your existing account to start collecting payments right away. You won’t be able to have both Payoneer and Shopify Payments available at the same time.
