Is there a limit how many visitors can be on the shop simultaneously?

No there’s not a limit, you’re all set for scale, send that traffic

There is no limit to how many visitors can be in your shop. The number of staff who can actually log into your store is determined by which paid plan you are on. However, you’d want to avoid several people simultaneously editing the site as you could end up undoing or re-doing each others’ work if you’re saving your changes at different times to each other!
