Unfortunately, as a webshop, we sometimes have to deal with a pending payment. This can have several causes. In the past we could send an invoice through Shopify. There was a button and then you could check the invoice and send it. Shopify also added a payment button. Just as easy for the customer. I just can’t find the button for sending an invoice anymore.
Do you guys know where it is? The template still exists so it seems to me that the option should be there somewhere.
