I recently upgraded from Shopify to “Advanced” plan.
Since upgrade, when I try to add shipping charge to a draft order, it can not be saved. If I charge the payment, the shipping charge would disappear.
Please help me with this.

I have read about your concerns with the shipping fee on your daft orders.
You can check all steps on how to add shipping rate here to see if it is alright with our guide:

It works for both draft orders and checkout. It allows you to only display rates for draft orders if you wanted to block the rates from displaying during checkout.
And please check your inventory locations on Settings > Locations so that it doesn’t impact the shipping location for customers to purchase any particular stock.

Thanks for the answer. My shipping rate setup is OK. The shipping rate works perfectly with online order.
It is only the “draft order” does not SAVE shipping charge.
