I am a military spouse that has been stationed overseas in two different countries over the last 3 years. I own an e-Commerce business (i.e. LLC) in the US.
My Etsy store was permanently suspended without warning or reason (I did NOT receive an e-mail with an explanation), my appeal was rejected without reason again, and the only thing I can think of is that I operated the business while using a VPN, because I cannot use Etsy without it.
Will using a VPN while overseas to operate the business via Shopify pose a problem? Will Shopify consider this “suspicious” and suspend/close my store too? And if so, what do you recommend I do to prevent this from happening?
I’ve been feeling so discouraged by this. I’m so worried I will not be able to run my business until I return to the US.
