Can you archive out of stock product variants?

Hi, I just have a quick question about variants, lets’s say I was out of stock on a particular variant but not for all of them, is there a way to archive or save that variant instead of deleting it? If there is let me know! Thank you :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi @HFHNiagara ,

I don’t understand, if the variant is out of stock, you can still store it at the product.

Or do you still want it to be displayed in the frontend interface?

We don’t have any feature to archive variants.

Thank you for the response! The issue is that we do not want the variant to be displayed in the frontend when the variant is out of stock.

Here is an example, we have 3 different coloured chair covers but one of them is out of stock, is there a way to archive that out-of-stock brown chair cover so that it doesn’t appear on the post for customers, but we still have the variant just in case we receive more stock.
