I want to send out an email to only customers who have ordered 1 time and not to any other customers. Is this possible?

You can find the user from the customer’s page using apply filter number_of_orders = 1
But there is no option to sand mail.
You can do this using rest API
for the rest API you need to create a private app
Yes! You can create a segment for customers with 1 purchase and send them an email using Shopify Email. Here’s how you do it in 5 easy steps:
- Go to the Customers tab and type a filter
number_of_orders=1

Click Save Segment and give it a name like “People who purchased only once”

Click Use segment in the top right corner

Click Send Email
- Choose an email template, customize and send!
You can send emails like this for free every month with Shopify Email.
