Can you use Hubspot pop up's on the checkout page in Shopify?

Hi all,

I want to add a Hubspot pop up on the checkout page on our Shopify page to try and capture abandoned carts.

Is this possible?

Welcome to Shopify Commuity.

It depends upon which plan of Shopify are you on?

Basic plans may not support editing checkout.liquid file.

In such cases, the easier way would be to fire your Hubspot Popup using GTM.

At GTM, configure your trigger with checkout URL.

Create a tag with Hubspot JS and configure it to run at the trigger you previously created with checkout URL.
