Cancel subscription and need refund (can't find shopify live chat)

Hi I was charged today for an unknown subscription. I didn’t subscribe to it or maybe I forgot. I just need to cancel my subscription and refund it. I have already emailed shopify support. My card number on which I was charged, I can provide you with that. Its on my name. Would like the subscription canceled and the refund on the same account. Looking forward to hearing from you.

For this, could you please get in touch with our support here? You should see our available contact options if you follow the follow by selecting topics relevant to you from that link - those options then appear when you scroll down.

What we can do is try to locate this charge if you can provide some details regarding this charge from your bank, and see about getting you that money back.

No option to contact support there. I can only explore the support information there. I’ve tried a lot to find an option to contact. Can anyone reach me out from support?
