I don’t remember ordering anything from Pure Ingredients, but I apparently have a subscription for tumeric. It placed two orders and I haven’t received either. I tried to contact the company, but the email provided bounces back as defunct. There is no more website and it says products are no longer sold, but they have been taking out money from my account. The bank found a telephone number, but that is disconnected.
I have also contacted Shopify, but they said to get in touch with the company. How do I cancel this subscription that I never placed for a product that I don’t want?
Have you found out the past bills existing on Shopify Billing option? If you can find it out, you shall be able to get the button of cancelling as well. Please further check on your store settings.
