Cannot change text size on the collection / product pages - Dawn 7.0.1 Theme

Hello

I have tried several codes, they worked but if i try to change text now there is a issue and nothing happens.

For example if you see on the product page, i would like to make the product type a little bit smaller and the product header should also being fixed.

Take a look on the product title, product type, while you reload the page you can see the text changes a bit from bigger to smaller.
