Can't connect any payment provider in Uzbekistan

Hi everyone,

I’m having trouble connecting a payment gateway to my Shopify store from Uzbekistan.

I’ve tried OnerWay, but they haven’t replied to my emails.
I also checked Shopify’s list of available payment gateways for Uzbekistan, but most of them (like Stripe, Tap Payments, Payoneer Checkout, etc.) don’t actually appear in the Third-party providers section in my Shopify admin.

Shopify Support suggested trying Stripe or Tap Payments, but unfortunately both are not supported in my country.

At this point, I’m not sure what other options are available for receiving online payments.

Could someone please guide me on what to do next or if there’s any working payment provider that can be connected from Uzbekistan?

Looks like payment options in Uzbekistan are quite limited at the moment. Stripe, Tap Payments, and Payoneer Checkout aren’t available there yet, and some providers like OnerWay can be slow to respond.

Here’s what you can do:

  1. Check Shopify’s list of gateways for Uzbekistan here: Payment Providers and Online Payment Gateways (2025) - Shopify

  2. If none work, add a manual payment method in your Shopify admin under Settings → Payments → Manual payment methods. You can set up bank transfer, cash on delivery, or PayPal.me.

  3. Try contacting local processors like Click or Payme to ask if they support Shopify integration.

  4. If most of your customers are outside Uzbekistan, you could register a business in a supported country to access Stripe or similar gateways (only if it meets Shopify’s terms).

  5. Keep in touch with Shopify Support. Sometimes new providers are added quietly before they appear on the official list.
