I’m trying to connect my existing Facebook Business Page to my Shopify store, but I keep getting an error message: “The Facebook Page you selected is not connected to a business portfolio yet. Select an existing business portfolio or create a new one to connect to your Page.” My Facebook Page is fully set up, and I’ve installed the Facebook and Instagram apps in Shopify. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any suggestions on how to fix it?

Try to disconnect the Facebook app and reinstall it. If that did not work, kindly try to reach out to Facebook support team so they can further verify if your Facebook business account is fully verified.
