I can’t seem to find the options to sell a physical gift card in my shop. When I go to Settings/Gift Cards in POS, it says there are no gift cards added, and has a link for me to create one in Shopify Admin. I have already created a gift card product and it’s available in my online store. I don’t see a box to check to allow sale of physical gift cards, and nothing I do seems to link the gift card product in my store to the POS gift card. I have read all the previous files on this topic but all of the solutions involve checking boxes I can’t even see.

I’m having the same issue. I was able to set up physical gift cards in my other Shopify store a couple of weeks ago, so I wonder if it’s an issue with the latest POS app update.
@I had to chat with Shopify support but we figured it out… I just had to log out of the POS app, wait 2 minutes, and log back in.
