I am using Canopy theme and have turned on both the ‘new’ label and ‘low inventory’ label.
However, for some reason neither are working.
Can someone please shed some light or help on why this is.
Many thanks,
Mat

@MattyC - can you please share page link with low inventory?
@MattyC - where will it be visible? any demo link? I checked source code but no code for inventory
I ticked them on the settings within the customize panel.
I found this code which I believe should be adding the text to the product page:
{%- if total_inventory_quantity > 0 -%}
{%- if settings.prod_stock_warn_limit_int == 0 or total_inventory_quantity <= settings.prod_stock_warn_limit_int -%}
{{ ‘products.labels.only_x_left’ | t: quantity: total_inventory_quantity }}
{%- assign product_label_rendered = true -%}
{%- endif -%}
Thanks
@MattyC - is this code on product page? I checked page source but could not find it
It is in the ’ product-label.liquid ’ theme file. I guess it isn’t being linked to and reference in the product page then ?
@MattyC - can you add me as collaborator I can check better then
Sorry I’m very new to Shopify, how do I do that please?
@MattyC - i sent request, once you accept it then I can check the code as collaborator
Done, Thank you
@MattyC - thanks, checking now
@MattyC - is it possible that product link which you shared is not low inventory? can you please give me products rights too to check?
@MattyC - I could not find label code in the product template, so I manually added it at particular location, but still it is not shown, have you purchased this theme?
Yes I have. The money off and out of stock work but not these for some odd reason.
If you changed anything in the product.json, I have duplicated this theme file for different delivery timescales so there are 5 other files beginning with product and have the delivery days in the title. So if you added it there it wouldn’t have added to the products you are checking.
Basically whatever the delivery estimate is on the product page is the them file it is on
Here is a screen grab for you: https://snipboard.io/kMbqQx.jpg
@MattyC - since you have purchased the theme, I recommend to ask theme support, they can help with the code which is unchanged since they know it better than others… we manually can try but to start it is better to ask support, if they do not help then we can work on it to get results
No problem, Thanks so much for your help, I really appreciate it ;0)
Mat
@MattyC - welcome, let them know that product page do not have code for sale or low inventory labels, hence those are not showing up. If they do not help or refuse then you have my email below, you can message me any time, I will help to the best of my knowledge.
