We have several stores and we can’t get our payouts.
we get this error message
Your payouts from Shopify Payments are on hold
Your payouts from Shopify Payments are currently on hold while your account is being verified. Your customers can still checkout while your payouts are on hold.
I thought I did everything correct and nothing had changed
anyone else have this problem recently?

I’m happy to share some information with you.
All accounts using Shopify Payments are subject routine verification and underwriting processes, and your funds may be held during this period. This is outlined in our Shopify Payments Terms of Service. Essentially, there is not an error, but rather your account is being reviewed. It will either resolve itself on its own or our team will request additional documents/information from you. This will be requested within the Shopify admin.
I’m not able to provide account-specific support in the Community Forums so I wouldn’t be able to look into the status of the review. You can, however, reach out to our live Support team through the Help Center and they will be able to check in with our Shopify Payments specialists regarding the status of the review.
