Hello, I am unable to install a custom app developed for a merchant despite being able to test the app successfully in the development store.
I am currently getting the error shown below. Does anyone have any idea on how I can resolve this issue?

Just for anyone encountering this issue in the future. I solved this issue by clearing the database for the application.
