Can't reopen my store and claim a refund, what should I do?

I’m having a problem with my store. I put my store on pause yesterday (oct 22) and I’m trying to reopen today (oct 23) and I’m not succeding. I’ve charged multiple subscription fees and I’m not able to reopen my store. How to reopen it again and how to claim a refund? Thanks!

Consider sending an email to merchant support, they can look into the account.
