Are you looking to reopen your inactive store?

Unfreeze your frozen store
If you missed a payment or if a payment fails three times, then your store will be frozen until you settle your bill with Shopify. If your store is frozen, then you can’t access your admin and customers can’t view your store. Learn how to unfreeze your store here.

Reopen your store after Pause and Build
When you’re ready to reopen your store after being on the Pause and Build plan, simply log in, and then select a new plan that is best suited for you. There’s more on this here.

Alternatively, you can still start a live chat without having to log in to your store by contacting Shopify Support through the Shopify Help Center. This video clip shows you how to access both the chat and email options.
