Cart goal Does not subtract and show how much money left to get free shipping.

Hi, I will share the images below. I want the amount remaining to be shown instead where the brackets are placed.

As you can see the goal value is 15, and the cart amount is 13.9 so I want 1.100 to be shown as remaining instead of brackets.
