Cart icon from right to top navigation buy button

Hi to everyone.

I have a website and I use the Shopify light plan for the buy button. I embed the code in a field and when you add a product on the right side appears a shop cart icon. If a client click next page the icon cart disappears on the next page.

what I would like to do is:

First I would like the cart icon to be shown in all pages, if there is already an item in the cart;

second is there a way to move cart icon on top, in my navigation?
